The payments were too difficult to make. The first payment was done using direct debit and was thus very convenient. But for the other payments I had to transfer the money to you through international bank transfer, which was not just annoying, but also cost high service charges from my bank. It would be much easier to simply direct debit the other rent payments from my bank account instead. Just the way the first payment was done.

Don't block my calendar before the tenant pays the first rent

Let the landrond to decide, if a new booking request would block the calendar before payment or not. Other portals block the calendar only after the tenant paid the first due rental fee.

It’s my first time using flatio to rent and I really liked my first experience. The only thing I think that should be improved is the flatio fee information. I only received the fee information when I was doing the payment. This type of fee should be informed before proceed to the payment.
