Your services don't work. Nobody was working during the weekend when I needed your help. I found a very expensive hotel by myself, got super stressed that I'm homeless in a new city and overall you helped me only with return of my money (not all of it). I called your emergency line and you asked me to send you an email...but nobody was working this weekend hahaha The worst customer service ever. Only the agent that terminated my contract was amazing and helpful, so I'm grateful for her help.

We are digital nomads and constantly looking for mid terms rentals, which is a great match with the services you offer. However following the issue described in our comment, we had to follow up several times and beg for a small compensation following 6 weeks of back and forth with the owner due to the bad internet connection during our rental. The solution you offered us at that time was to get out of the flat... Not really the customer experience we were expecting.. As a first experience, we would not recommend your services within the Digital Nomads community.

Not sure what exactly the FlatIo service should be. Except for a better rate. - Expensive service fee is only shown clearly in the last step of the booking process. - Communication with landlord via FlatIo did not work. Landlord did not respect the check-in time of 11a.m. (neither responded to messages before), but just stuck to their hotel policy. This was quite a hazzle for me. - It was not clear for me that it is a smoker's hotel. - The bad internet connection made working impossible. IMO these points should be checked and clarified by FlatIo before. Obviously this did not happen. So for me this clearly was a one-time experience. Never again.

Your website made it easy to find an apartment and get a lease as needed for residency requirements. However, each time we contacted you to help resolve the issues with the landlord, you had an excuse why it didn't get done. Had this been booked with airbnb, it would have been resolved immediately. We have lost close to 1500 euros using your service. We won't use or recommend it again.

Flatio je jedna amatérska spoločnosť, ktorá by v prvom rade mala viac popracovať na svojom customer protection & supporte. Keď po incidente kde ma v prenajatom byte prepadli dvaja cudzinci, jediné na čo sa vzchopili bolo, písomne pokarhať majiteľov a ako kompenzáciu ponúknuť 25% zľavu z poplatku za služby z NASLEDUJÚCEHO ubytovania. 25%.. čo pri ubytovaní na mesiac, ktoré si štandardne hľadám činí asi 250kč. Výsmech do tváre klientovi. A poručíte tým mladú neskúsenú zamestnankyňu, ktorú mi vo vašom mene volala, aby mi tú úbohú kompenzáciu ponúkla. Cením si jej odvahu, a súcitím s ňou, že ešte aj ju ste vystavili takému stresu. Takže majiteľom a manažérom Flatia: Ste lakomí chudáci a amatéri. Toto bolo posledný krát, čo som si cez vás nejaké ubytovanie prenajal. Už jedine iba hotel alebo AirBnB. Zbohom

O apartamento consta como disponível na plataforma e o proprietário informou que está ocupado até o final do ano. Estive a perder tempo a procurar o imóvel, verificar localização, avaliar erredores, e o imóvel sequer está disponível.

We had a problem with our booking. The room was smaller than we booked and had no kitchen and space to work. Once I created the request I was offered to wait for the next working day for a reply from support. Luckily, we managed to deal with the landlord without any help.

Pointless waste of money on comission. When we had problems with the landlady I had to spend lots of money on calling UK numbers and was not even offered immediate housing alternative to move to. It is much better to rent off Facebook.

What was good: clear customer journey through website. Contract generation, method of quick payments, messaging to landlord. What was not good: my payments has been lost - and Flatio could not provide confirmation to the Landlord. The helpdesk team for some time was repeating that payments are not made - despite provided bank confirmations. Flatio service charge is high, however they did not provide any support in my case when the Landlady was requesting extra payments that were not agreed in the contract. Flatio team restrained from any mediation or support leaving everything to the parties.

Ich habe eine Wohnung gebucht und wurde von der Vermieterin vollkommen übers Ohr gehauen. Bis ich irgendwann eine sinnvolle Antwort von Flatio bekommen habe sind Wochen vergangen.

Your commission is extremely high, higher than letting-agents who have to do a lot of ground work to let a flat. Moreover, it is absolutely ridiculous that the tenant's commission is paid up front and is non-refundable in case the tenant leaves the flat. You are covering your end 100% and leave all risk for the tenant and landlord. Hence, you are another online company trying to control the market and set the rules as per they suit them fit. I found a competitor site much fairer, even though you are more organised and have a way superior front end than them. So, I would very much rather recommend them than Flatio to other landlords.

Na základě poslední neštáštné zkušenosti se dvou posledným najemníkům přes Flatio (mladé studenty, kteří nás zdevastovali byt), už bychom nikomu nedoporučili něco takového. Je třeba si dávat velký pozor, neexistuje žádna selekce najemníků, nemusí složit žádné kauce, nemáte fakticky žádnou jistotu, že způsobené škody vám někdo uhradí! :(((
