It's a clean and cozy little flat as shown in the photos, the process of booking the apartment was quick and almost without hassle -- the one small issue we had, which was my fault, was resolved quickly by staff. I'm really beyond pleased and will use flatio in the future should I be back in the area.

Nejlepší bydlení co jsem si mohla přát. Naprosto skvělá lokalita, absolutně skvělý přístup majitele a ostatních, kdo se o byt starají. Skvělé služby. Nejde vytknout vůbec nic. Musím jen doporučit. Opravdu jsem nadšená. Pokud budu ještě někdy potřebovat dočasné bydlení, nepůjdu už nikdy nikam jinam, pokud bude zde volno.

I really felt very well during my stay. The landlady is a great host, a very intelligent and bighearted lady. I enjoyed the sauna in the flat during the cold days in Prague and liked the escape to the garden directly from the flat. I can only recommend it.

I stayed in Adam's Apartment for 3 months with my wife and kid. The apartment is really nice and as it is in photos showed. It is located in a very calm and cool neighbourhood. Tram and metro stations, parks, groceries shops and restaurants are just 5 mins walk away. Some of the Prague's main attractions are at walking distance from the apartment. Adam has arranged everything before we come to Prague, he picked us from the bus station and well communicated with all the necessary information. It was our pleasure to stay in his apartment and he is really a nice host. We had a great time in his apartment. During the stay also he arranged everything we asked. He is always reachable for any help required in Prague. If given chance we would love to stay again in his apartment next time as well.

Nice flat and lovely owner! I definitely recommend it.
The only flaw, the flat is quite far from the city centre, so it takes a while to get there if you don't own a car or don't work nearby.
However, the buses run all night and stop right in front of the door, and you can find everything you need nearby.
