Majiteľka Zuzka je príjemná a ústretová osoba, prispôsobila sa našim požiadavkám. Byt krásny, udržiavaný, moderný. Výborná lokalita, blízko na vlak aj trolejbusy, takže sme mohli podnikať výlety do ktorejkoľvek časti Prahy a okolia. Nebol problém prestúpiť na iný spoj, intervaly sú krátke.

I really liked the flat - even more than I thought I would since it was more roomy and open than expected. The balcony is sunny from late morning until evening and allows for sunbathing in complete privacy. The flat isn't too far away from the center and the shoreline, but the area is calm. Some of the streets you'll need to take to get to it are quite steep - you'll be a bit fitter by the end of your stay ;) Lisbeth was most helpful as a Landlord!!

The apartment was newly renovated, clean and had all the things you need. The location was also perfect, allowing to easily explore the city and have a great experience. Rui as host is very helpful and friendly who made sure we had a pleasant stay.

Katila's apartment was the perfect stay for a 2 week working trip to Lisbon. The apartment is a great size for a couple and the backyard is spectacular, full of plants, making it a great place to sit and enjoy breakfast or to use it as an outdoor office. The location was great too, located close to the vibrant neighborhood of Graca. We got to experience a slice of what real Lisbon life is like. We'd gladly stay at Katila's again.

I had the pleasure of connecting with some incredibly fascinating people during my stay at Jiřinková, and Lucie is such a generous, caring and inviting person. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Prague! The house itself exudes a genuine sense of community, creating an atmosphere where everyone effortlessly feel at home. It is well designed and maintained, featuring cozy yet spacious areas. Furthermore, the bedroom is considerably larger than it initially appears. I feel really fortunate to have started my stay in Prague in such an ideal place. Added benefits: Close to public transport/city centre, regular cleaner, peaceful garden, And darling Theo, the cat.

Un appartement spacieux et agréable à vivre, un peu excentré mais très bien desservi et dans un quartier très calme.

Everything was really perfect. Lorenz was kind, charming, helpfull, he answered very quickly on all our questions. We enjoyed our entire stay in this lovely flat. On central location, clean, with all necessary amenities. Flat is close to different kind of transports, stores, restaurants... Vaci street is only a couple of minutes away... In an old, famous building, with great atmosphere... Really one of a kind. So, for the landlord, for the flat and our entire stay we can peacefully give 10+.

The flat is lovely freshly renovated and pleasant. The only disadvantage is its location on the ground floor, so there is almost no sun in the flat. We spend there two weeks and it was ok.

Comfortable and well located property with excellent transport links with many shops and supermarkets a few minutes away.

The stay in the Isabel house felt like home. It is very comfortable, and with everything you need. Especially want to highlight very positive energy of the place, and its own incredible vibe. The location of the apartment is awesome, you have the ocean just right next to, and it is very close to Ponta Delgada, just 10 mins by car. Btw the house has its own big parking place in the yard. Isabel and Fernando are amazing hosts and just wonderful people, very caring and attentive. We were very sad to leave the place, we felt so happy to stay there. Highly recommend to live your unique island experience in this house!

Spacious and functional flat, well-organised spaces, magnificent location, with a view of Tyn Cathedral (for art lovers this is a must) and often organ music. Therefore I highly recommend it, I had a great time there! Wooden parquet flooring everywhere: very pleasant, a pity it's striped, but it's sure to be original, so it's better that way. Ikea bedroom, living room and kitchen furniture. Kitchen accessories: almost everything is there, just missing a toaster, a microwave oven, an orange juicer, and a salad bowl. Room: comfortable mattress, pillow a little less so. Walk-in wardrobe good for long stays. Bathroom: perhaps the sore point of the flat: open shower, so the whole bathroom gets wet with every shower (so I always used the "hand shower"). There are 2 windows, but the opening is 3 metres high, so impossible to open the windows. The toilet smelled of urine, even though it was clean and I washed it often. The internet connection was perfect and I was able to work from home. I wasn't able to use the TV, I wouldn't have watched it anyway because there are only Czech-language national TV channels. It is in the old town, and tourists can be very noisy, especially in the evenings and at night, but apart from a few moments of stadium shouting, I always slept. I don't know if the situation is worse in the summer months. In any case, the noise does not come from the pub below, but from the 'tubs' that tourists make. Ah, the flat is on the second floor, no lift, and the floors of the (historic) building are double, I counted 55 steps. So if you have heavy luggages, it can be a serious problem. You are asked to sort the garbage (I agree), however it is not clear how to distribute it in the bins on the ground floor. At the end of your stay you are asked to clean the whole flat, including the washing machine to wash towels, sheets, tea towels, etc. and hang out the laundry, ready for the next guests to use. If you decide not to clean it, there is the option "the owner takes care of it" but it costs 80€, which seems excessive. I honestly thought it was included in the rental price. The owner was kind and responded to my requests for clarification in a polite way, we met at the departure to check the condition of the flat and to hand over the keys. In summary, it was a pleasant experience, which I would do again.

The place is located strategically and it provided a lot of needed amenities, accommodating for 7 people. I have no complaint regarding the place. However, there is something strange when they asked us to pay the tourist tax of EUR 2 per day. We had a short term sublease contract, and it is supposed to be a different rule applied to the hotel industry (I could not ask for the return of VAT since it is a sublease). They were not open about it since the start, as they were silent about this on their page. It was only during the last week upon arrival they started asking for it.

Большая и просторная квартира. Отличные владельцы. Удобно и недалеко от транспортной остановки. В квартире все есть для комфорта.

Very nice place. The location is top notch for everything. Quiet at night and is equipped with everything. Orsolya was always responsive with a few things we needed sorted. The elevator was broken, but that should be ok again soon.
