Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
Wonderful. Everything is right there in walking. All of the places you want to see and great restaurants every few feet. I am older and there were trams and metro if I was struggling to get around. The apartment is in the heart of everything. Much better for a long stay than a hotel.
Yes...We really liked the Indian Restaurant "Namaste" We also loved the little tavern about 300 steps from the flat. I think we went to at least ten different Asian restaurants within a two block radius.
Central, but a little off the main tourist tracks. Very close to Wenceslas Square in one direction, easy walk to the National Theater and the river in another direction, and plenty of shops around.
I enjoyed getting coffee at the garden cafe in the Franciscan Gardens, or going to Cukrarna Mysak.
Issues:
1. Air conditioning was advertised on the listing but was not actually in the apartment asked for a 25% discount on rent got 5%.
2. The shower was disgusting with black mold and grime all over had to wear sandals every time I took a shower!
3. The shower door was broken water soaked the floor and mat every time I took a shower.
4. Five light bulbs missing from the room and one from the bathroom. The other bathroom lights were the ones that dim then get brighter very annoying.
5. Underneath the bed sheet there was toenail clipping and very dirty so I never removed it and slept on top of the blankets my whole stay.
6. The Landlord Evgeny and the Property Manager Alina were deceitful and dishonest about the apartment listing on Flatio.
I would like to go more in detail about the deceit and dishonesty with Alina and Evgeny. When I sent the Property Manager Alina a SMS about there being no air conditioning and sending photos of the listing as proof the reply I got from the Property Manager was that the listing never had air conditioning. Then shortly after when I went back to the listing it was removed so they acted quick to delete it. When I confronted them about being dishonest and why they removed air conditioning from the listing they said it was never there.
A few days later I was messaged from Evgeny through Flatio offering me a 5% discount. But that's not all he had to say as he told me that the Property Manager Alina said that I slammed the door in her face and yelled at her when she came to give me light bulbs. This of course a lie and a way for Evgeny and Alina to weasel there way out of any discount and trying to make me look bad.
I am not sure who Alina and Evgeny actually are involved with the apartment it almost seemed like they did nothing especially Alina. I was told by Alina that Evgeny wasn't even the Landlord he just worked for there realtor company almost like customer service with Flatio.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT!
The apartment is located in a quiet area facing a courtyard. However 2 weeks before moving every night there was drunks yelling and parties every night.
