The rental prices are then based on this maximum capacity. Unless the host offers you an exceptional discount, you pay the same price for the accommodation as an individual person and as a group with the maximum number of people stated.
If you want to rent the property for more people than the maximum number allowed, you can contact the host and try to agree on the specific conditions.
