The host hasn't responded to my booking request. What should I do?
If a host doesn't respond to your booking request within the 24-hour period, the request will be automatically rejected by our system. (It usually happens on days off, i.e. weekends, public holidays, or private vacations.)
If this happens to your booking request, we recommend that you make a new booking request for another accommodation. However, if you're still interested in the same accommodation, you can create the booking request again or contact the host directly to find out if it's possible to book the given accommodation.
