Located on the 6th floor of a building with no elevator, this apartment of approximately 45m² offers a modern and cozy atmosphere.

The apartment is distributed in different areas to guarantee a comfortable stay. In the living-dining area you will find a lit sofa and living room furniture, creating a cozy space to relax and rest. In addition, this complete area also has access to an outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh air and contemplate the views of the surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, induction cooker and oven.You will also find all the necessary kitchen utensils, such as plates, pots, paella pans, dishes and dishes, so you can prepare your dishes comfortably and easily.The Menjador area consists of a table and four tables, ideal for gaudir dels àpats in company.

The apartment is equipped with a cold-heat air conditioning machine, so you can adjust the temperature according to your preferences and feel comfortable at any time of the year.
