The apartment is situated in historical building with good architect conditions. Flat itself is newly furnished. We love wooden and natural design of our apartment inspired by famous Czech writers such as Franz Kafka or Capek brothers. You´ll find here stylish living room which is at the same time also bedroom with sofa and double bed made from pallets. Small kitchen is perfectly equipped. There is also a dining corner with dining table. Another private bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. Bathroom is new and modern, with shower corner. Toilet is located separately. Apt. is suitable up to 6 people.

You will have the apartment only for yourself, so you have your absolute privacy.

We like to meet people from around the world and are proud to tell you about our city. We are always available in case you ask any help from us.

First day, we will meet you, show you apartment, give some handy area information and give you two sets of keys. We prepared guide book, where you will find closest grocery store, restaurants, tram stop…information about traditional Czech meals and where to try them…where to go for nice walk and where the main attractions are…This book will stay with you in the apartment

GOOD TO KNOW

INTERNET is for free with 20Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you. We will meet you in person at CHECK-IN and show you the apartment.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Location of the apartment is central, in walking distance to all major touristic points. Famous CHARLES BRIDGE is around 1,5 km away. Wenceslas Square or Old Town Square are about 20 minutes walking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, surrounded by local restaurants, cafés and pubs. Small supermarket TESCO EXPRES is 2 minutes walking. The area is very green – there are several beautiful parks just next to the apartment (Kinskeho zahrada, Petrinske sady, Lobkovicka zahrada).

HOW TO GET AROUND

The closest tram stop Svandovo divadlo is just 300 metres away. The nearest metro stop Karlovo namesti is around 1 km away. If you arrive by train, you can take tram which will take you to stop Svandovo divadlo, it takes around 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to Karlovo namesti (takes about 5 minutes) and from there walk or take city bus to stop Svandovo divadlo. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
