Acogedor y reformado apartamento en el centro de Valencia, a tan solo 15 minutos del Mercat de Colón y a 20 de la Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias.
Con capacidad de hasta 6 personas cuenta con 3 dormitorios dobles, despacho, 2 baños completos, salón/comedor, cocina equipada y plaza de aparcamiento privada para un coche pequeño.

El espacio:
Nuestra elegante y reformada vivienda en Valencia cuenta con una capacidad de hasta 6 adultos y ofrece la comodidad como si estuvierais en vuestra casa: Wi-Fi, TV, aire acondicionado con bomba de calor y calefacción.

Se distribuye en 3 dormitorios dobles: 1 con cama de matrimonio y baño en suite y 2 con cama nido, baño completo, amplio y luminoso salón/comedor, cocina completa y plaza de aparcamiento privada para un coche pequeño, para uso para los huéspedes.

Barrio:
Esta vivienda se encuentra en el barrio de Camins al Grau por lo que se encuentra en el centro tanto de la zona histórica como costera de Valencia.
A tan solo 15 minutos del Mercado de Colón es el inicio del acceso al casco antiguo de la ciudad, en él os recomendamos que deis un paseo y así ir recorriendo sus rincones y la esencia. Las paradas más recomendadas son: la Plaza del Ayuntamiento, el Mercado Central, la Catedral, la Lonja de la Seda, la Plaza de la Virgen y San Nicolás de Bari y San Pedro Mártir.
Además de la cultura, esta ciudad ofrece ocio y gastronomía más que conocidos internacionalmente. Os recomendamos pasar una mañana en la Playa de la Malvarrosa y acabar comiendo una Paella Valenciana.

Cómo moverse:
Gracias a la perfecta ubicación de la vivienda puedes conocer la ciudad andando y dando un paseo por sus calles y rincones.
Si deseáis visitar la playa o otros puntos más alejados como la Albufera os recomendamos el uso de transporte público o coche, dependiendo del destino. A pocos metros de la vivienda se encuentran diferentes paradas de autobús con diferentes líneas como por ejemplo: 4, 93 y metro: 5 y 7.

Cómo llegar:
Para llegar a la vivienda hay varias opciones:
- Tren: en la ciudad de Valencia hay 2 estaciones de tren a las cuales llegan diferentes trenes desde toda la península, se puede llegar a la vivienda andando o tomando el metro: 3, 5 y 9.
- Avión: el aeropuerto más cercano es el Alicante-Elche, el cual se encuentra a 1:50h en coche o en transporte público tomando un autobús hasta la estación de autobuses de Alicante y de ahí tomar un autobús hasta Valencia.
- Coche: a Valencia se puede acceder por la carretera AP-7 desde Barcelona y Alicante, si en cambio se accede desde el interior como Madrid se toma la carretera A-3.
- Autobús: Valencia cuenta con una estación de autobuses con destinos de toda la península, desde ella podéis tomar el autobús C2 con un trayecto de 20 minutos.

Nice large apartment in a good neghborhood.
Bus stop is in-front of the apartment (bus 18 goes directly to beach), a metro station is 8 minutes walk. Supermarket (Consum) is just downstairs.

Great welcome and leaving service from the lovely Asun. Both Asun and Sonia were very responsive and helpful but left us alone during our 6 month stay at the apartment which we appreciated.
Neighborhood
The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the Turia and a further 5-10 minutes from the centre. Bus stop right outside and 4 minutes walk to the metro, a market behind the apartment and several supermarkets, restaurants, bars close by. Everything you could possibly need right on the doorstep.

A good apartment for a large family. The apartment is perfectly located, it's not in the center, it's pretty quiet, however, within walking distance of Turia, the center, an incredibly cool new playground (it was opened while we lived here).

We were greeted in a friendly manner, everything was explained, and we were not disturbed the entire period of our stay.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
