Listing your property on Flatio is easy!
It all begins with an intuitive onboarding process you can start on this page, during which you enter the basic information about you and your property. During this step, you also agree to the Terms and conditions and create an account in Flatio's My Rentals web app.
Once your account is created, you can fill in any missing information and customize your property listing. It's especially important to specify the correct rental prices, rules, and availability. If you have any questions during this time, our support team is available to help you with anything you need.
When you finalize your profile, you'll be able to click the "Turn on advertising" button within your listing settings. Once you do so, we'll review all the given information and if everything's in order, we'll approve your advertising. After that, your listing will be live and ready to receive booking requests from potential guests!
Note: Please remember that it's necessary to update your listing settings regularly to ensure all the information and the availability calendar are truthful at all times. An up-to-date listing is the most important factor for successful renting on Flatio as any incorrect settings affect your listing score and therefore your listing's position on the platform.
